Whose Brave New World?
2020 has certainly been a tsunami of a year, in more ways than one. It began normally for most of us, and who knew what momentous, (and concerning) changes would occur in just 10 short months. When the “pandemic” arrived in February, along with a storm of blanket media coverage, and scientific models forecasting widespread infection and death; many trustingly followed the advice of experts, such as Neil Ferguson and Anthony Fauci.
However, 10 months down the track, and people are rightfully very suspicous. The unprecedented global response; forced lockdowns, social distancing and mask wearing, the resulting death from other, preventable causes, financial loss, and dispossession have been too high a price to pay. The ongoing frantic media releases warning of more infections and death if people do not submit to further deprivation of liberties, do not ring true with our real life experiences, or what is filtering through the highly censored social media platforms. Claims that the NHS in the UK “could be overwhelmed” have been refuted by whistle-blowers and the scientific modelling, when compared to available real world data is found wildly inaccurate and wanting.
Expert evidence in the public arena that disputes the utility of lockdowns, and mask wearing is ignored by politicians and media alike. Obtusely so. Even despite growing concern within the Tory party, the business community and growing protests at home and across Europe.
This is not the response, or the actions of a benevolent government. Indeed, many are concerned with the over reach of the government, enacting Covid diktats, and bypassing normal parliamentary process. Lord Sumption, ex Supreme Court Justice of the UK, in his grave address to the Cambridge Law Faculty went as far as to advocate civil disobedience against the British “police state”.
But why would a government ignore advice, and dissenting expert evidence, and continue down a path that is foolhardy or authoritarian? A growing number of people are pointing their finger at the World Economic Forum, and the Great Reset agenda. Though it may sound like a “conspiracy theory”, nothing else explains the events of this year. Certainly the “pandemic” has been a gift to those who want to further their agenda of global subjugation and domination, of not only the planet but us too.
So we stand at a most important crossroads in human events and the life of our planet. That change will come is undeniable, though what that change may be is still being determined. Unless libertarians stand now to defend the freedom that remains to us, it will be lost forever. The fascism that has marked this year, will become the “new normal” the oligarchs crave. All dissenting opinion will be crushed, as we are already seeing across social media, and even in the virulent campaign against Murdoch media in Australia. Our society which once allowed a range of views is now intolerant of any views that go against the Great Reset orthodoxy.
Even Donald Trump, was part of the psyop, and his supporters need to realise this. His “role” was to be the strawman for concerns about the corporate climate change agenda promoted by the WEF, and the coronavirus “pandemic”. Any challenge to the dogma could be met with “Trumpster” and dismissed. This is how debate goes in the Brave New Fascist World. In deriding and marginalising Trump’s contradictory statements, the valid concerns of rational people are dismissed without addressing the many inconsistencies with what we know to be scientific fact.
Donald Trump was at the WEF Annual Meeting this year, along with Greta Thunberg. They are #AllInThisTogether. We are being stage managed on a global scale, to accept the “inevitable”. But is it inevitable? Must we accept that the people who have caused the most damage to the environment (corporations, greedy oligarchs and the military industrial complex) are the only one’s who can solve the “problem”? I would say, given all the evidence to the contrary, that one would have to be ignorant of corporate history or compromised to believe this.
Better solutions are available, such as banning the production of needless products. Curbing the endless, illegal wars that constantly rage around the globe, caused by imperialism and greed for fossil fuels is also essential to addressing climate change concerns. Any legitimate climate change solutions must start there. But first we must have voices to speak. And the freedom to make ourselves heard. We must resist the tyranny of coronavirus diktats, lockdowns etc and regain the freedom to participate in shaping our own destinies and those of our children.
